Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Attend industry events and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain a database of sales and service opportunities.
• Perform onsite installation, commissioning, and training.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain complete and accurate service logs.
• Communicate effectively with our China factory.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with professional language and writing skills.
• Strong initiative and a customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Experience: 1–3 years as an electro/mechanical technician.
• Experience: 1–3 years in a sales role.
• Required license or certification: Valid driver’s license and passport with a good driving record.
