Precautions for Replacing
Glovebox
Gas Cylinders
1.Before replacing the cylinder:
Ensure that both the primary and secondary pressure gauges of the current cylinder read zero.
Turn off
the circulation and set th
e
lower
pressure to -9 mbar.
2.During cylinder replacement:
Only disconnect the nut between the pressure regulator and the gas cylinder; do not disassemble other components.
Connect the new cylinder properly at the nut connection and ensure it is well sealed.
3.After replacing the cylinder:
Adjust the
chamber
pressure back to the normal range (recommended: 1–6 mbar).
Perform a thorough leak check on the gas line to ensure there are no leaks.
4.Additional precautions:
Strictly follow the safety guidelines for handling high-pressure gas cylinders to ensure safe operation.
